We want you to love your Peloton gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all UK orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Start Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and UK postcode to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Download and print your prepaid Royal Mail return shipping label directly from the portal; a copy will also be sent to your registered email address.

Pack Your Gear

Place your unworn apparel in its original packaging and securely attach the prepaid label to the outside of the parcel, ensuring any old labels are covered.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any local Post Office branch or designated collection point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.
